My Cases — Sentencing

If you plea guilty or are found guilty, the Judge must impose a consequence. You must be sentenced. Victory is sometimes achieved in reaching the right plea bargain, perhaps on the morning of the trial (Simon). In so doing, you might avoid jail and/or a conviction (Pascal). Preparing for sentence can be just as important as preparing for trial (Peter). All information has been edited to protect my clients' privacy.
