My Profile — What I Do
I provide a wide range of services relating to the criminal justice system.
If you find yourself in any of the following situations, I can help.
- You have been charged, or are about to be charged, with an offence.
- You have reason to believe that you are being investigated and might
be charged with an offence.
- You are the victim or complainant of a crime.
- You don't know if your intended course of action will be illegal.
- You know your conduct is illegal, and you want to know the potential
consequences.
- You are a surety or are considering becoming a surety.
- You are a witness, but are unsure of your rights, risks, and obligations.
- You have been convicted and/or sentenced, and you want to appeal.
- You are the subject of a criminal Court order (weapons prohibition,
driving prohibition, peace bond, probation order, sex offender registry,
etc.), and you want advice regarding the order and/or to change the
conditions.
- You had property seized by the police.
- You have a criminal defence attorney but want a second opinion.
