Dear Donald: This letter is further to T.T.’s voicemail on Friday, 9 June 200*, requesting that you attend a meeting with myself and T.S. from Corporate on Monday, 12 June 200*, at 10 a.m. Donald, this was our third attempt at requesting your presence at a meeting with myself and T.S. We also requested your presence at meetings twice last week on Tuesday, 6 June 200*, and Wednesday, 7 June 200*. Further, I personally spoke to your lawyer, Craig Penney, on Wednesday, 7 June 200*, in regards to this matter. To date, I have had no response from you. I would ask that you please contact me immediately in regards to this matter. If I do not hear from you by Tuesday, 13 June 200*, at 5:00 p.m., [the Company] will deem that you have tendered your resignation effective Wednesday, 14 June 200*.
